Kenpo Karate Group Lessons

Monday - 4:30pm - 5:15pm - Youth Group
Tuesday - 7:00pm - 7:50pm - Family Group
Wednesday - 7:00pm - 8:00pm - Youth Kumite
Wednesday - 8:00pm - 9:00pm - Adults Only Kumite
Thursday - 6:30pm - 7:20pm - Family Group
Saturday - 11:00am - 11:50am - Family Group
Saturday - 12:00pm - 1:00pm - Beginner Kumite

You must be 14 years of age and over or 5'4" tall and over to participate in an adult group class. No exceptions! Youth classes are for kids only! Family group classes are for everyone!

Aerobic Kickboxing Class Schedule

Monday - 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Wednesday - 7:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday - 7:30 - 8:30

Saturday - 9:00am - 10:00am

Appropriate clothing must be worn at all time! That includes t-shirts, tank tops, sweatpants, workout baggies and at least mid thigh length shorts, (sport bras must be covered with a top at all times).

Time: 9 am until 4 pm - Monday thru Friday

DAILY EVENTS INCLUDE:
THERE WILL BE A KARATE WORKOUT DAILY!!!

MONDAY: TRIP TO THE ZOO
TUESDAY: SWIMMING
WEDNESDAY: SPECIAL FIELD TRIP
THURSDAY: KARATE OLYMPICS IN PARK
FRIDAY: MOVIE DAY & PIZZA PARTY

All Events Are Subject To Change Due To Weather. All Children Must Bring Brown Bag Lunch. Every Kamper Will Receive A Camp T-Shirt, Daily Snacks And Drinks. Cost: $135.00 Per Camper
